What we collect
If you send the contact form, we collect your name, work email, organization, role, the topic you select, your message, and the fact that you asked us to reply. We also process the technical data needed to protect the form: a session identifier and the cookie that remembers your cookie choice.
The host that serves the site may keep ordinary server logs, such as IP address, user agent, and the page requested, for security and operation. Those logs are not used for advertising.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to answer you and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. That is the reason for the processing. The checkbox on the form records that you asked us to contact you about that enquiry. It is not consent for a mailing list. We do not run a newsletter, and we do not sell personal data.
Cookies
Cookies are described in the Cookie Policy. The site uses two essential cookies and does not load analytics or advertising tools.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages for up to 24 months so we can answer, follow a proposal, and keep a record of what was requested. If a contract follows, that contract sets the retention for project files. You may ask us to delete an enquiry that did not become a contract, unless we need to keep it for a legal obligation or a legal claim.
The consent cookie lasts 180 days. The contact-form session cookie ends when your browser session ends.
Who else sees it
Enquiry messages are emailed to info@digitalstratconnct.com. The organization that hosts the site and delivers that email processes the message so the form can function. We do not add advertising or analytics processors. We do not publish client names on this site.
Visitors from other countries
The practice is established in the Republic of Moldova. If you write from another country, your message is handled there. Where the GDPR applies, the bases above are the steps you asked us to take before a possible contract, and our interest in answering a message you sent.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, or deletion, and you may object to or restrict processing, by emailing info@digitalstratconnct.com. You may also complain to the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova. If you are in the EEA or the United Kingdom, you may contact your local authority as well. We answer within a reasonable time, and within one month where the GDPR applies.
Security
The form is checked on the server, protected against cross-site submissions, and limited in length. No method of transmission is perfectly secure. Please avoid sending secrets, such as passwords, in the message field.
Children
The site is a business practice. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the site after that date is use of the published policy.
