How an engagement runs
From the first note to the next decision.
This is the path a client walks with digitalstratconnct, the practice of OLGA ORLIOGLO. It is the same shape for a short review and a longer design. What changes is the depth, and that depth is written in the proposal before work starts.

1
Initial contact
You write through the contact form or by email. Name the process and the strategic question it should answer. A finished brief is unnecessary.
What you do
A short note: which process, who feels the friction, and what result the process is supposed to protect.
What you receive
A reply on a business day. If the question sits inside the practice, the reply proposes a short call. If it does not, the reply says so.
Replies go out on business days, Chișinău time.

2
Discovery
A call, usually 30 to 45 minutes, tests fit. We ask what decision the process must support, who feels the friction, and what has already been tried.
What you do
The sponsor, and anyone else who should hear the fit decision live.
What you receive
A plain statement after the call: proceed, adjust the question, or decline. A decline includes the reason.
The call is set within a few days of the first reply, by arrangement.
-
3
Preparation
Work starts after a written scope and the fee are agreed. The scope names the process boundary, the intent, the people to speak with, and the documents that would help.
What you do
A confirmation or a correction of that one-page scope, plus the names of participants.
What you receive
The scope note and, once it is agreed, a session outline.
A few business days, before the first working session.
-
4
Workflow
Interviews, case tracing, and working sessions. Emerging observations are shared while the work is open, so the final review is not the first time you see the picture.
What you do
Access to the people who touch the process, and a small set of recent cases.
What you receive
Notes after working sessions, and draft artifacts matched to the engagement you commissioned.
The duration stated in the proposal. See the engagement offer for the usual ranges.
-
5
Delivery
A review meeting and a written pack. We walk through the findings, the choices, and the items that still need a management decision. You have room to challenge the picture.
What you do
The sponsor and the people who will own the result.
What you receive
The final files in a form you can keep and edit. The pack is a document, not a locked slide-only file.
The final week of the engagement.

6
Communication
These rules hold from the first reply through handover. One named contact writes to the sponsor. Working sessions produce a note. Side conversations do not leave the sponsor uninformed.
What you do
One sponsor on your side who receives the notes and can correct the record.
What you receive
Written notes, a single thread of decisions, and a contact who answers on business days.
Throughout the engagement, not only at the end.

7
Next steps
After delivery you choose: stop, commission a Design Cycle, or set a Cadence Retainer. The next engagement does not begin inside the delivery meeting. A separate written proposal covers it.
What you do
A decision on your calendar. Silence is a valid decision to stop.
What you receive
A short options note. A new scope and fee only if you ask for one.
After the delivery meeting, with no countdown attached.
The services inside each stage are described on the services page. To begin, use the contact form or email info@digitalstratconnct.com.
