Commercial offer

A clear engagement, scoped before it starts.

This offer is from digitalstratconnct, the business process strategy practice of OLGA ORLIOGLO, Strada Sprîncenoaia 3g, MD-2028, Chișinău, Republica Moldova. Fees are quoted in a written proposal after the scope is clear. The site lists no universal price, because one number would misstate different scopes.

How the fee is set

The fee is a fixed amount for an agreed scope. It reflects the number of workflows, the number of people interviewed, and the depth of documentation. The proposal states the currency, EUR or MDL, and when the invoice is issued. There is no success fee tied to a savings claim.

A Signal Review can stand alone. A Design Cycle can follow it, or start directly when the intent is already clear. A Cadence Retainer follows a Design Cycle and is monthly. Either side may end a retainer with 30 days’ notice, unless the written agreement sets a different term.

The underlying services are described in full on the services page. The sequence of contact and delivery is on The Path.

Three engagement shapes

Signal Review

Typically 2 to 3 weeks

Judge one priority process against a stated intent, and decide whether a redesign is warranted.

Your time. One briefing, three to six conversations of about 45 minutes, and one review meeting.

Sponsors who want a diagnosis before they commit colleagues to a longer design.

Included

  • A written process boundary before interviews begin
  • An Operating Reality Review
  • A recommendation with the reasons attached

Deliverables

  • Current-flow narrative and diagram
  • Gap list against the intent
  • A recommendation: stop, adjust locally, or open a Design Cycle

Outside this fee

A redesign, a software shortlist, and any savings guarantee sit outside a Signal Review.

Design Cycle

Typically 6 to 10 weeks

Design the future process, the decision rights, and the measures for one to three connected workflows, and leave a transition sequence.

Your time. A weekly working session of about 90 minutes, plus interviews in the first half of the cycle.

Organizations that can name the outcome the process must protect and can involve the people who run it.

Included

  • A reality trace, if a Signal Review has not already produced one
  • Process Strategy Design
  • Decision Rights and Measures
  • A transition sequence and owner note at handover

Deliverables

  • Future-flow description and exception rules
  • Decision and handoff map
  • Measure sheet with owners and sources
  • Transition sequence and a one-page owner charter

Outside this fee

Software build, a company-wide reorganization, and operating the process for the client sit outside a Design Cycle.

Cadence Retainer

Monthly, after a Design Cycle, with a quarterly look at whether to continue

Keep a designed process honest once it is in use.

Your time. One facilitated review each month, typically 60 minutes, and a short written note.

Teams that have accepted a design and want an external rhythm while it settles.

Included

  • A review of the agreed signals
  • Adjustment notes when the flow or the strategy changes
  • An issue log the owner keeps

Deliverables

  • A review note after each session
  • An updated issue log
  • A quarterly recommendation to continue, change the scope, or stop

Outside this fee

Unlimited advice, staff substitution, and the design of an unrelated process sit outside the retainer. A new process is a new Design Cycle.
